They understood the assignment!

I’ll admit it... I’m picky, some might even say a Bridezilla haha

My wedding was a full-on glamorous affair and I wanted every single detail to feel luxurious…including what my bridesmaids and I were snacking on while we got ready.

Full Spread absolutely delivered!!! The bridal suite grazing board and mimosa bar was absolutely breathtaking and very Instagram worthy (made for easy getting ready photos!)

Every cheese was perfectly paired, every piece of fruit looked flawless and even the crackers were elevated. It wasn’t just food, it was edible art, thankfully we were starving and had no qualms about destroying it lol

My bridesmaids were obsessed, the makeup artists were sneaking bites and I didn’t have to worry for a second about anyone going hungry before the ceremony. It was indulgent, it was beautiful and it set the tone for the rest of the day.

If you have high standards (or, let’s be honest, diva-level expectations like me), book them. They’ll meet you there and then go above and beyond.

Kraft Services - Kelowna After Dark

Our shoot days for Kelowna After Dark can run 12 hours or more and keeping everyone energized, focused and happy isn’t easy.

Since bringing Full Spread Catering on board for Kraft services, it’s been a total game-changer!

Every spread they bring is fresh, creative and full of variety - there’s always something for everyone, whether it’s a quick grab-and-go snack between takes or a hearty bite during our lunch break.

The presentation is gorgeous (even when we’re just eating behind the scenes) and you can tell they put genuine care into what they do.

They’ve made our long filming days so much smoother, and the crew actually gets excited when they see the Full Spread setup coming through the door.

We can’t imagine going back to anything else and they’ll definitely be a part of our future shoots moving forward.

Anniversary Party

Penticton, April 2025

We had Full Spread do a grazing table for our 25th anniversary and it was perfect.

There was such a great mix of flavors and everything was so fresh. People kept going back for seconds (and thirds), and we ended up with happy guests, empty platters and full bellies! It made the night feel extra special without us having to stress about the food. We’re already talking about booking them for our next big family get-together because once you’ve had a Full Spread table, nothing else compares.

Country Chic Wedding

We booked Full Spread Catering for our wedding cocktail hour and could not be happier. The grazing table they created for our 75 guests was absolutely stunning! It was overflowing with fresh cheeses, meats, fruit, crackers, dips, and little treats that kept everyone coming back for more.

Guests were literally taking photos of the table before they even started eating! It wasn’t just beautiful - it was delicious.

Everything was so fresh and thoughtfully arranged, and the variety meant there was something for everyone.

We had so many compliments from guests about how much they loved it (and a few who admitted they skipped dinner because they filled up at the grazing table!).

The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day and we would 100% recommend them to anyone planning an event.
